Accountabilities, responsibilities and main duties:
1. Marketing Communications:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote BESA Group’s services and partner universities in Pakistan.
- Create and distribute engaging content across various platforms, including social media, email, and print.
- Manage the production of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and newsletters.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
2. Event Management:
- Organize educational fairs and other promotional events, ensuring successful execution from planning to post-event evaluation.
- Choose appropriate venues for events, negotiate venue fees, and manage logistics.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and partners to ensure all event needs are met.
- Promote events through various marketing channels to maximize attendance and engagement.
3. Relationship Building:
- Build and maintain relationships with international and private schools in Pakistan to promote BESA Group’s services.
- Develop partnerships with key stakeholders, including educational institutions, government agencies, and community organizations.
- Represent BESA Group at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and build connections.
4. Public Relations:
- Develop and maintain relationships with media contacts to secure coverage in press, TV, and online publications.
- Write and distribute press releases, story pitches, and other PR materials.
- Monitor media coverage and manage the company’s reputation.
5. Digital Marketing:
- Manage BESA Group’s social media accounts, creating and scheduling content to engage with the audience.
- Optimize the company’s website for SEO to attract more visitors and improve online visibility.
- Analyze digital marketing metrics to measure performance and improve strategies.
6. Customer Engagement:
- Respond to inquiries from prospective students and parents, providing detailed information about BESA Group’s services.
- Conduct information sessions and presentations to educate audiences about study abroad opportunities.
- Gather and analyze feedback from customers to improve marketing strategies and customer satisfaction.
